This product is used widely throughout New Zealand restaurants. Our Premium Charcoal Log is made by compressing raw sawdust together using heat (no additives or fillers) and then carbonized. This product is 100% natural and sustainably sourced Hardwood is used.
Our unique hexagonal design lets air circulate better for high consistent heat. You can stop it burning and relight again until it has burned away leaving almost no ash making for easy clean up. Long burn time of 4 - 6 hours with strong heat (up to about 480°F (250°C)). Flameless, smokeless, odourless and no spark - use with your favourite wood chunks for flavour.
