Returns Policy

At Commodities NZ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please read the following policy carefully.

Returning Products

Goods supplied in accordance with your order may only be returned with the prior approval of Commodities NZ.

Requests to return goods must be made within 7 days of the shipping date, and the original invoice or sales order number must be provided.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, we may approve a return at our discretion, provided that:

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• The product is returned to Commodities NZ within the approved timeframe.

• The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs

Returned goods remain the buyer's responsibility until they have been received by Commodities NZ. We are not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during return transit.

If a refund is approved for a change-of-mind return, the refund will cover the purchase price of the product only. Original courier and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact Commodities NZ as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

We may request photographs or other information before approving a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Restocking Fee

Commodities NZ reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on approved returns where applicable. This fee may be up to 15% of the original invoice value of the returned product and will be applied at the sole discretion of Commodities NZ.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved by Commodities NZ.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law where those laws apply.
