Commodities NZ Premium Mangrove Lump Charcoal is a high quality product which is sustainable sourced and 100% natural. This product is used widely throughout New Zealand restaurants. Lump Charcoal is very hot burning and has a low ash content, making cleaning up after cooking easy!

This is ideal for rotisserie style cooking or for grilling (Hibachi / Yakitori style) as it sears more efficiently and doesn't spark like other charcoals. Mild mellow flavour - not over powering.

Sizing is between 50mm - 100mm.
