Our Manuka Wood is sourced from permitted tree works and has been seasoned and dried for a minimum of 18 months.

Slow-growing Manuka burns extremely hot and is often used for cooking in pizza ovens, barbeques, braai and hangi, or for smoking.

Best suited for beef, lamb and game.

Wood is cut to 260mm long.
